Do any content guidelines apply to the Chat Box?
Yes, your use of the Chat Box is subject to our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to in order to use Slingshot and all related services, including the Chat Box. Our Terms and Conditions describe the guidelines that apply to your use of the Chat Box and other interactive media made available to you.
Content you post in the Chat Box must not:
Be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
Harm minors in any way
Impersonate any person or entity
Falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Upload, post, or transmit any material that you do not have a right to transmit, including material nonpublic information, proprietary information, and confidential information
Upload, post, or transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, rights of privacy or publicity, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity
Upload, post, or transmit unsolicited commercial messages or SPAM
Upload, post, or transmit any material that contains software viruses or other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any network, software, hardware, or equipment
Violate any US or international sanctions, applicable local, state, national, or international laws, rules, and regulations
Stalk or harass another user
Scrape, collect, or store personal data about other users
Promote illegal activities, physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty
Promote, offer, or sell any digital asset or other item, good, or service that violates applicable law, that you do not have full power and authority to offer and sell, or that Slingshot determines is inappropriate
Attempt to manipulate any market or violate any applicable law regarding market integrity or the protection of investors, including manipulative tactics commonly known as spoofing, layering, and wash trading
Access or use the Chat Box in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of our Terms and Conditions
