What's happening?
If you received a Grind token airdrop but don't see it displayed in your Slingshot wallet, your tokens are still safely stored on-chain (you can verify this on the blockchain explorer for your network). However, they may not be appearing in the app interface due to liquidity or token recognition limitations.
Why aren't my Grind tokens showing?
Several reasons your airdropped Grind tokens may not display in Slingshot:
Low liquidity protection: If the Grind token contract has less than $1,000 in total liquidity, Slingshot automatically hides it to protect users from spam or illiquid assets
Token not recognized: The token may not be listed on DEXes integrated with Slingshot
Display issue: In some cases, recently airdropped tokens experience temporary display delays in the app
What should I do?
Since Slingshot is sunsetting, you should prioritize withdrawing your funds as soon as possible. The platform will fully close on January 5, 2026.
If your Grind tokens aren't showing in the app:
Try searching for the token by name or contract address in Slingshot
Check "Manage Tokens" to see if it's hidden and can be toggled on
If the token still won't appear, please reach out to support
Need help?
If you can't access your Grind tokens through the standard app interface, contact our support team via the chat or help form. We'll work with you to resolve this, though please note there may be a delay in response as we manage a high volume of sunset-related requests.
We will follow up with you as soon as we can.
Important: Don't delay—start the withdrawal process for any accessible funds immediately to ensure you have time before the January 5 deadline.
